Blue Broccoli

Every second of every day the-
 final hour draws near the-
vows we took will be broken-
and I feel as if nothing, nothing-
can be done except let it happen.

No more notes on the fridge-
No more messages on the mirror-
I was happy, it was only me-
So blinded by love I never did see-
the curb straight ahead.

Sign the papers on the line-
Check the box,envelope-
two hundred dollars and-
we're both free to roam-
free to explore-
free to find a new place and-
become St. James bored.

Pour my heart out into a pint-
Uncle Arthur always cheers I
up with a wise crack or a an
offbeat joke about the state of
religious political brainwashing,
religious political brainwashing.

Penny in the air about to drop.
Hot the clock make it stop.
nothing i can do just stand by.
Sign the line a bit of me is going to die.

As

long

as

she's

happy

that's

all

that's

all

that's

Brady's Basil Preparation

It is for the Libration,
of mind and of
spirit that I
write.

It is for absolute freedom,
of religious fever,
sit in silent
room.

Even as the walls tumble,
divorce on the
horizon I still
write.

It is for my own sanity that I continue
to push my own mental, physical boundaries,
etching out my life in green and red flannel,
skipping meals but never skipping tea and coffee.

Pushing myself to get to the other side of that
plastic wall we have build for ourselves in order
to keep ourselves shielded from utmost reality that
we wont be flesh forever, our moments are sacred
and the journey has only started.

I live my life true to myself because to do otherwise
would be death of the self and I
am not ready to die just yet.

Allow me to give up your cereal conformity so that I may soar,
inspire others, to soar, so that we can all soar together,
smooth silky sativa sheets blowing in the echoing wind
free of all restrictions.

Heaven is the place you call bliss and Hell is the place you call torment.
It's all state of being.
Be in the place you wish to be.
Who cares what mom and pops,
sister and brother,
have to say,
at the end of it all its your existence,
your precious hours- so fill them,
Fill them with Love and reach for beauty, Unity of all things.

Paint, write, eat, love, enjoy, do, do, do whatever your passion drives you,
even if food is scarce and you end up locked in a tiny room hammering on
tiny square letters or inking out spaghetti lines on pages upon pages upon pages of
old torn school notebooks in red and green flannels
at least you are living for you.

Follow that passion that jovial pain
even if it means you work meaningless low level jobs of
folding clothes-stocking shelves-pumping gas-giving ass-flipping burgers-would you like another?

So yes I push myself,
too hard too far,
for pennies or nothing,
simply for the love,
the joy,
of creating because it is a privilege that not ever gets to have.!!!!

LOVE!@
LIVE!!!!!

Black Stout of Dublin Cats

Soul Crushing,
Soul searching,
pushing myself to the limits,
                                    Ecstasy,
                                    Pain,
                                    Curses,
                                    Blessings,

The nails- I pull them out
One, two, three, Four, Zed,
I name them new names,
Each one a devil aborted-
Each one an angel absolved-
Each one a bit closer to the self that is I-I am-I-I-am

Divorce on the horizon-
Peeling layer by layer of the
skin that ounce covered
the muscles and white ooze
of my body

Divorce on the horizon-
dark hair ever turning
grayer and grayer with
each second ticking down
to that final stroke
ding-dong-ding-dong
not afraid of being alone
just afraid of that constant ear ringing
growing louder,
Angelic choir,
disposable me,
in the mass grave of humanity-

I am-Self
I-Self-Am
Am-I-Self?

I-am-He
He-I-am
Am-I-He?

Extra Stout brings me to the gate-seventh heaven of
Nutmeg delirium-
Ponding heart rate,
kitchen floor,
cool to the flashing spoonful of images
that are being shot out my ass
forty-eight hours later
no better than before
only a super hangover and a last resort
for my subconscious to speak its mind.

Angelic Choir-Soul Crushing
Disposable me-Soul Searching
In mass graves of humanity-
we will be.

Bring me to the Gates of dublin and brew me traditionally.

Starry Flesh

Am I, I
the word
Am I, I
the sound
Am I, I

Am I, I

Am I, I

Am I, I

Am I, I

Am I, I

Am I, I

Am I, I

In the flesh of every star
An I exists
Ready to be touched
By the sacredness

Friday Letter

Happy and Holy Friday
Instead of talking about the various school shootings, latest polls, latest innocent man getting shot down by the police I would like to talk about another issue and that is Muhammad (as.) from the inside a view that I don’t think most non-Muslims (lack of a better term) every get to understand and knowing this is a post I’ll try to make it as concise as possible.

It’s hard for non-Muslims to grasp the importance of the Prophet because other religions (way of life) may not stress the importance of there own holy people, at least not to the degree of Islam. It should be borne in mind that to us the Prophet is not just some guy who bumbled along and reinstated (started) Islam he is very much present in our daily lives. I’m not talking about present in the Christian sense but he lives on through each and every Muslim. All of our actions, habits, are measured by his example as found in the various literature that has been passed down to us, from the way we eat, sleep, dress, interact, court or girlfriends, treat our wives, and many other things that people do in the mundane. Muslims are or should be a reflection of him just as he was a reflection of the mercy of Allah.

It should also be remember that Islam is a family/community-centered way of life not in the “I’ll see you ounce a week” type of way but we see and interact with one another on the daily. Every man is a brother or an uncle; every woman is a sister or an auntie. If we are all brothers and sisters what does that make Muhammad (as) to us? This is why so many get incredibly insulted when people make up lies and slander the prophet this is were the community seems to fall short because that is when we should look towards Muhammad (as) the most. Muhammad (as) never retaliated against those who insulted him, lied about him, or did other things to him instead je would pray for them, when they got sick he would nurse them back to health, he even took care of a family of a man who was an avid enemy to Muhammad (as) and the Islamic community as a whole.  When we fail to show his character in those times then what are we showing the rest of the time?

I’m not sure if this helped or if its just long winded nothingness. Only Allah (may his name be praised and exalted) knows.

Old City Shut

Sleep now Old City
Close your eyes to the lurking
Dream while the nightmares breed
Clawing, gnawing, vomiting on your walls
Lurking shadows feeding on the wayward

Sleep Old City
Pretend the living darkness isn’t real
Tight eyes wait for dawn’s relief
Forcing your subconscious into submission
Even if the cages bars are twisted

How long Old City
You cannot continue this dualism indefinitely
Without warning the sun will refuse
Aborted children will freely roam
As it was in the time of the void

Until that night
Sleep
Sleep it all away

Isle of Mind

I thought myself wise
Standing by the Shore of Avalon
Allowing my mortal eyes to
Drink in the magical images of
Celtic mounds and Valleys
Far from the whispering Shadows
Draw away after the slither

I thought to myself
By the shores of Avalon
Now I am as pure as the
Black kitten that sleeps
Entities of imagination
Until I blinked it away
Remembering the I that am

If I could only stay in this
place of present kiss
I would never count coins
nor care if the clouds grayed
Avalon now removed from
underneath my fingernails
I find myself alone
Not by the glimmering shore
In an empty wooding floor

Corn Beef is done
Mustard cabbage too soggy

Jesus Returns (Punk Lyrics)

When Jesus returns
He’s going to break your hearts
Break your crosses
Undoing the lies you spread

When Jesus returns
He’s going to shatter your dreams
Shatter your jaws
Undoing the words you placed in his mouth

The pity I feel
For the ones who spread lies
In his name

The pity I feel
For the ones who torment
In his name

When Jesus returns
He’s going to break your hearts
Break your crosses
Undoing the lies you spread

The pity I feel
For the ones who spread lies
In his name
The pity I feel
For the ones who torment
In his name

When Jesus returns
You better run
When Jesus returns
You better hide
When Jesus returns
You better run
When Jesus returns
You better hide

Don’t even need prophets there only human
What you need is the Most High
Live, breath, express thankfulness and joy

Walk with our Father and you’ll never go wrong
Run with something else you might not like where it leads you

Castle on a whisker

Are we even real?
Let me know
The side winding wind
Covered in snow
Melting quickly
In the present sun
It'll never hear another melody
All things come undone

Are we even real?
How do you know?
Standing still watching
Time ticking slow
Blink the day is over
Moon hanging low
In the present moment
Last one you'll ever know
All things come undone

Fear it if you must
What will profit you?
Holes in your socks
Full pockets to be picked
Fear the coming day
What will it profit you?
Holes in your heart
Full mind ready to be plucked

Are we even real?
What makes you say so?
Solid world is illusion
Fantasy let it all go
Perceptions grown locks
Nobody ever really knows
Close your mouth
Breath really slow
All things come undone

Are we even real?
Skin pretending to feel
Eyes glimpsing nothing
All is the unknown
Hermetic secrets locked away
Green floor boards
Carry on its ok
All things come undone

Fear it if you must
What will profit you?
Holes in your socks
Full pockets to be picked
Fear the coming day
What will it profit you?
Holes in your heart
Full mind ready to be plucked

Awake at night with tears in your eyes
Means so much in the seconds
Soon you will realize
You were always in the presence

Awake at night with tears in your eyes
Lacking all the faith you had
Soon you will realize
You were always in the presence

Life is a shadowy game we play
Life is a shadowy game we play
Life is a shadowy game we play
Life is a shadowy game we play

Core

The core of all religions
Is exactly the same
How many go to the core?
Barely any
Too busy bickering over the shell
Peaking through a keyhole
Never realizing
The Ultimate Reality

The core
The core
The core of all religions
Is exactly the same

Gift Blessing

The greatest gift I ever received
Is the day when she said: “I do”
Her agreement to be my one and only
Has been a daily joy
Even on rough waters
She brings me unspeakable happiness

I am blessed
The lord has blessed me
Many times over
The lord has blessed me
By finding my perfect match
My soul-twin
My better half

Found It

I was looking for comfort
In a dry harsh environment
I was looking for peace
Among the savages of war
I was looking for truth
From the tongues that lie
Until one day
I picked up a book
Forgotten, dusty
In reading this book I found the truth
I found peace
I found comfort
The bone desert was now teaming with springs
Lush gardens, tropical fruit
Riches beyond riches
Each word brought me new life
New revelation
The name of this book is called the Qur’an

Pickle Jar Kitchen (A Review)

Recently I ate at the Pickle Jar Kitchen knowing nothing but its name and its neat stain glass pickle window. Let me start off by saying that the food was good, drinks were over priced three dollars for a coke bottle that you can get for a dollar at the local seven-eleven, or rite aid, both are up the street.
What I didn’t like were the people working. They all walked around with grumpy looks on their faces, moving as slow as molasses. Not one staff member smiled or even looked like they even cared to be there.
While I was being seated the lady whipping my table down was in mid argument with a customer giving snippy comments and rolling her eyes something you don’t even see at McDonalds. Our waiter came but seemed reluctant to answer our questions and kept trying to walk off before we could ask another question. These weren’t annoying questions just what type of bread came with the meal and what the most popular dish is. I would only see him two more times ounce when he brought the food and the second when he brought the bill in mid meal. Other than that he was a ghost and he never brought or even asked if I wanted more water or even how the meal was.
At the end of the meal I put my credit card and waited for it to be picked up. Every staff member walked by looked at and didn’t take it. My waiter was off in back talking to someone glancing over occasionally but making no effort to come get the bill. So after ten minutes I got up and went to the hostess, she was on the phone blabbing to a friend about something she did with somebody. She looked at me as if she couldn’t be bothered reluctantly took my credit card ran it through as fast as a sloth then paused, talked some more on the phone before she gave me back my credit card and paused again, talked, before she handed me my recent. I then signed the recent leaving to tip what so ever. I promptly left.
When I got down the street a lady yelled from behind me I turned around and it was the hostess demanding to know why I didn’t leave a tip. Instead of telling her how much the service sucked, and explaining that gratuity/tips is not automatic “Extra Money” from paying Customers. I gave her an offhanded excuse; she looked baffled and sheepishly walked back towards the restaurant.  The fact that she actually took the time to leave her post and chase me showed me how unprofessional everyone in that establishment is.
I get that it sucks getting paid the two dollars and hour bit but customers are not responsible for making up the difference. According to the State of Massachusetts if you do not get an hourly wage of ten dollars an hour your employer has to make up the difference. So maybe the Pickle Jar should pay its staff more instead of relying on Customers to support the financial needs of it’s of its employees.
Remember no one owes you a gratuity/tip. And no one else in any other industry gets tips for doing there job properly, consider yourself fortunate to be in an industry that allows such a privilege  but it is a privilege not a right.
In reading other reviews of the Pickle Jar Kitchen it seems like it’s a hit or miss place as far as the staff is concerned.  If I was to recommend this place it would be for take out only because the food is rather good but who wants to deal with a moody staff? Not me.

Deleted Hour

Cracks in the wall
Dimension overload
Cracks in the wall
All-seeing eye peering
Cracks in the wall
Light shimmering movement
Cracks in the wall
Ignore the corners of your pupils

Angelic green eyes
Gaze up at the moonless night
Waiting for a moment
Surely to come
Out of sync with your expectations
Cracks in the wall
Dimension overload
Cracks in the wall
All-seeing eye peering
Cracks in the wall
Light shimmering movement
Cracks in the wall
Ignore the corners of your pupils

Days wasted
Glazed eyes
Soft glow
Computers

The outside world
Its noise
Its beauty
Ever becoming more alien
While the numbness is more and more normal

Beans and Peas: The Europeans place in Asia

I like good peas and beans. I am going to save 8% of the Europeans, because they are good farmers- Noble Drew Ali

The above statement is from the Oral sayings of Noble Drew Ali as told by Brother T. Booker Bey. When I first read this I thought it was a weird thing to say, surely there will be Asiatic Farmers and Noble Drew Ali always taught that the Asiatic should do for themselves akin to other nations. So I decided to read through the other statements to get a feel for the place of the Europeans after the devastation takes place and the world is set back in order. Let’s not kid ourselves; the world is not in proper standing in these days and if you think this world is as it should be then you are fooling yourselves.

Before I get into details I would like to look at the two foods that Noble Drew Ali said he liked. First, it is the only statement that has any mention of food in it. I’m also not sure of the European connection and I’ll get to why further in this article.

The first food mentioned is Peas, Peas are a very healthy fruit, they are good for weight management, protection from stomach cancer, are an anti-aging agent, build strong immune system, gives a person high energy, prevents wrinkles, prevents Alzheimer’s, prevents arthritis, prevents bronchitis, prevents osteoporosis, regulates blood pressure, helps prevent heart disease, prevents constipation, and reduces cholesterol.

The second food mentioned is beans the magical fruit as they say and it maybe true but not for the reasons most assume. Beans prevent heart disease, fight cancer, lowers cholesterol, helps lose weight, helps manage diabetes, this works great with peas and including more peas and beans in your diet seems to have great benefits. It should be noted that much of what we now know about these foods were not known or at least not well known in the time when Noble Drew Ali walked this fine earth.
According to Sheik Way-El 8% of Europeans will recognize the truth in the teachings of Noble Drew Ali by accepting the cords that bind the human family, these Europeans will be motivated and accept the teachings including the racial aspects in total. These Europeans will no longer see themselves as separate from humanity but one with humanity. They will stop causing discord in the world and live in peace and harmony with their Asiatic brothers and sisters the lion and the lamb lying in the open field. They will also remain separate by bringing back segregation on a worldwide scale as it was ordained by Allah to be.

The Europeans that will be saved will be farmers both of land and of the Islamic law I say this because Noble Drew Ali said that the Europeans would be upholders of the law in another part of the Oral tradition. When one reads the various saying and literature set down by Noble Drew Ali it seems that the Europeans will go back to Europe forever leaving the rest of the world to the original people. They will be upholders of Islamic law, they will accept Islam as there way of life, force those Moors clinging to Christianity into the Temple and get right, and ounce home (back to Europe) they will build there own Temples, and like I said before they will not mix with the original people of this planet we call earth.

In our days we are seeing plenty of Europeans waking up to the reality of Islam and accepting the teachings and culture. We are also seeing a spike in the membership in the Moorish Orthodox Church that temple of Europeans (and some Asiatic) that accepts Islam through the Moors. The Moorish Orthodox Church even has a few temples in Europe prepared for the eventual return of their European brothers and sisters in America.

By 2050 Europeans will be the minority in both Europe and in America, by 2060 they will be down to ten percent as we are seeing the words of Noble Drew Ali are coming to pass. If you are of European descent and wish to know what the future holds for you if you join the light of Islam then read and reread this article and be prepared. If you think what I write is folly then keeps on going your merry way and when the devastation comes don’t come crying to me.

Before I end this I would like to add that it doesn’t matter what form of Islam the European takes in many instances when Noble Drew Ali talked about Islam he wasn’t always referring to Islamism but Islam in all its forms and branches. When he said 8% of Europeans will be saved he meant from what I have gathered all those who have accepted Islam period, Sunni, Shiite, Sufi, it simply doesn’t matter. By accepting Islam as both religion and culture they will automatically be doing everything that Noble Drew Ali said they would do. So don’t fray over the branch you feel called to just accept it in Peace, Love, Truth, Freedom, Justice, and Beauty.

Cat-It

Psychotic- Mantic
Freeze Frame- Frantic
Impulse- Closet
Dead End- Cycle

I the bush in flames
Never hearing a word
Holy Presence is here
No one wants to accept

Who am I to preach to the masses?
When I’m just as messed up as them
Who am I to call aloud?
When all my flaws are inside

I’m no different than they
I’m worse than they are
I should have known better

A lounging cat on a coffee table
That’s all I am
A lounging cat on a coffin table
Next to a glass of seltzer water

Birth to Death Cycle

I open my eyes
Arabic flowing in the air
Above the sounds of nature and technology
I wash
I get prepared
Lay down the carpet
Waiting for last double words
None is deity except Allah
Fajr starts
After a brief moment
It ends

The Day is set
Clock is ticking
Towards the next prayer
I go about my day to day
Chatting, buying, selling,
Losing track of time until
Arabic flows in the air again
Above the sounds of nature and technology
Just like that my time has ended
I prepare
Lay down the Carpet
Asr starts
A brief moment
It ends

Feeling renewed
The Clock is ticking
Towards the next prayer
Towards my Death
I ask myself
Am I prepared
Because when the final call comes
I wont be able to resume
If my prayers sneak up on me
Though I know the set times
How much quicker
Will death come without warning

All our clocks are ticking
Throughout the day we are born
We die
over and over
Sleeping and waking is symbolic
Of our birth and demise

We tune it out
Think nothing of it
Just go about our day to day
Subconsciously knowing
Our time is ticking down

I would write more
But Arabic is flowing in the air
It's time for me to die
To be reborn
Maghrib has come
I must get ready
God willing I'll be back

Clearing Confusion: Not all Hebrews are Israelites

As I meet people and read many differing topics I always come across people claiming to be Hebrews and by being Hebrew they are thus Israelites. Not only are they Israelites but everyone who shares whatever traits they might have whether it be skin tone, shared history, or world view to be Israelites as well, the problem is that just because you share skin tones, history, or what have you doesn't mean you are the same people. True, you both may be Hebrews but that doesn't mean you are both Israelites or share the same religion. In our modern times most people forget that Hebrew people are a group of Semetic people (not all Semites are Hebrews) usually descending from Western Africa and Eastern Middle East.

The one thing all Hebrew share is a lineage that is: Noah, Shem, and Eber (Hebrews are named after Eber that could possibly mean those who crossed over because they crossed over from Africa into the Mid East). Not all Hebrews are children of Abraham because Abraham was himself a Hebrew person this is another misnomer that people seem to make.

So then who are the Hebrews? They are as Follows

Israelites- the Children of Jacob, son of Isaac, grandson of Abraham.

Samaratians- are Israelites who broke off with the rest of Israel after Moses died.

Ishmaelites- Children of Ishmael, son of Abraham (through Hagar his slave), Ishmaelites are one of the groups that make up the people of the Middle East, some Arabs are Ishmaelites but not all.

Edomites- children of Esau, named after the oldest son of Isaac.

Moabites- children of Moab, a son of Lot through incest with one of his daughters

Ammorites- Children of Ben-Ammi, a son of Lot through incest with one of his daughters

Midinites- Children of Midian, Son of Abraham (through his wife Keturah)

Qahtanites- Children of Joktan, Son of Eber, the original Arabs before the arrival of the Ishmaelites.

So these groups are the Hebrews, next time you claim to be Hebrew or you think you are Hebrew, or you want to claim it why not try a different Hebrew group than Israel all the time and refrain from saying statements like "all Hebrews are Israelites" or "All my people are Hebrews" because these people were a dark skinned people that may have shared some ancestors, some cultural baggage, but they were not all the same. We must also remember that the Children of Ham were also a dark skinned people but they were not Hebrews so to make generalizations or to think they were the same is to grossly misunderstand who these people are/were and it does a great injustice when people try to lump them in all together.

Never Knew

I never knew how to say good-bye
Those words, the finality
I always tare the last page out
Stories never have to end
Why must all our stories end?

Now you're in front of me
No longer flesh only a memory
A ghost lost in time
Asking me to fix my bow tie
Smile with a swagger
And say the words I hate

Why must our stories end?
Why must I embrace the finality?
Half hearted I walk myself through the words
Ounce uttered
You vanish from my sight
Among the ethers you'll twinkle
While I sway on in the flesh

Fighting the tears in my eyes
I turn to face the never ending deep blue

Back and Blue Smoke Screen

As I listen to the news, read the papers I have to laugh to myself over this Black and Blue Lives Matter only because it's an obvious smoke screen to protect the oppressive police force while lulling the poor (predominately so-called Black) back into controlled slumber. Have we forgotten why the police were finally attacked?

Ever since the 1980's by and large the police have been waging war of harassment, intimidation, brutality, and basic savagery against the average American citizen. They stopped serving and protecting the people (unless you were rich) and started abusing the power that was bestowed on them by the general public. These abuses continue to this very moment of writing and will be happening while you read this post. These men and women in blue were behaving as if they were martial law, the average citizen for the most part copped through gritted teeth and frustration actually giving these cops the benefit of the doubt in almost every case. Most people do what they can to stay clear of these "Upholders of Justice".

Since this undeclared war started back in the late 1980's cops have been allowed and encouraged to brutalize any person they deemed worthy of a good ol' boy ass kicking. They mostly targeted minority groups through the "War on Drugs" campaign that in reality did nothing to stop or prevent anyone from buying, selling, and taking drugs in the United States. In many states drug use have been rising at an alarming rate since the "War on Dugs" was introduced. Under George W. Bush and Barack Obama we have seen a steady increase in the inhumane treatment that many Americans suffer under these protectors. The police are responsible for numerous crimes that include ignoring state constitution laws, all the way to sexual assault. When cops get "caught" they are either thrown off the police force for a while but then allowed back on the force, moved to another town or city, or simply allowed to stay at home while getting paid. Even after they have killed a couple of innocent men they are still not suffering the way we would if we did the same crimes.

As I have noted the cops brutal reign has only gotten worse. They have killed innocent lives who were not resisting arrest, nor posed any threat to the officers. Ounce this boundary was crossed it no longer became an undeclared war but declaration of war, the very declaration that many people whether they be in gangs or not were waiting for. As we saw that declaration was quickly accepted and met by cops being killed. Now the cops are realizing that this is war they might not be able to win or at best contain now they want a truce. Now they want to talk about Peace and Unity, unfortunately the cat is out of the bag, I don't see a quick end. The cops have to understand that because of how they treated people over these years that even people who would be allies are turning away. This is in the truest since a hole that they have dug themselves in.

During all the these years of mistreating people did the rich or politicians ever lift a finger to help the poor? The middle-class? Anyone? No, not until the cops started getting killed now they too want Peace, with platitudes, empty of any real emotion just the hope that people will buy into the lies they spew. The rich don't care about the cops because the rich, the elite, view everyone who isn't part of the "Club" as a mere object for them to use as they see fit and toss out when they have no more use for them. The reason, the real reason why these elitists are offering these words is because they know that if people are no longer afraid to shoot cops then what's to stop people from attacking them? They don't want to pay the price for the crimes they have committed either. Even now they are scheming to pool the wool over the eyes of the people. This is what they have done in the past and this is what they will always try to do. It's a historical fact!

Real change can only occur via a revolution of the people and by the people but even in revolutions the elitist always manage to sneak in and stay in control. The American revolution is the most clear cut case of Elitist stealing the thunder of the peoples movement (of course the majority of the people also didn't want the revolution) placing themselves in the role of hero when they have only ever been traitors  both to the cause and spirit of real revolution. The new guard is usually nothing more than the old guard in new clothes.

Cops, if they are to redeem themselves need to understand that the elite will betray them first, the second the fire gets too hot they will be gone. Even politicians are not with them and will betray them also.

If things are to be averted, if all out war is to cease, it is the police that must make the effort to restore themselves as the Servants of the People. They need to take a look back on the role they use to play on society and be that role again. Help the old ladies cross the road, get the cats out of the trees, because if they are to remain relevant they must always remind themselves that it is the average person that allows them whatever power they may have. It is the average people that make it so they can pay the bills, have a house, and raise a family. They need to treat people with respect and dignity in order to gain the trust of the everyday joe ounce more.

Of course people may conclude that police are not really needed at all. They are an archaic oddity of the past that serves little if any benefit. Cops have never stopped any crimes from happening and they solve even fewer. These men and women in Ford's could be done away with and society would barely feel the bump. The average person would be much better in a society where everyone is responsible for wherever they live and every person bares arms. Then you would see a real decline in crime of all kinds. It is unfortunate that most people are not forward thinking enough to see through the lies that politicians feed them and the government at large. People don't need to be protected by an Alien force they could and would do a better job without such a force.

Again, Think who and why people are pushing certain agendas, what's the catch? In most cases it's to make you (the American Citizen) dependent on them (Central government) they tell you scary stories of the boogie man, show you halloween depiction of life and you can either buy it or call it the bluff you know it to be. All People need is People without power hungry fools who abuse the world simply because they are allowed to by the complacency of the majority.

Bubbles

Amber bubbles
Rising in my glass
To the thick head
Lost in illusion
Influenced by the idle
Nothing becomes accomplished

Green and White: The essence of Islamic Anarchism

(flag design by Ammer Ishad Ali, Muslim Anarchist Flag)

Islamic Anarchist may seem like a contradiction in terms to many people sort of like Islamic punk because after all how can an overtly oppressive religion have any sort of free thinkers or radicals right? Wrong, people who make such claims about Islam are usually from outside the movement with lack of historical knowledge beyond propaganda that is consistently being proven wrong such as "Islam was spread by the Sword" myth. Others who may have been on the inside are most likely unaware that they are critical not of Islam but of the culture they grew up in. Many people in the Islamic community really believe that the culture they grew up in is one percent Islamic and that all the rules come from the Qur'an, though it's a lovely though it's one percent inaccurate. Sure many populations adopted Islam as a religion but very few got rid of the baggage that came before Islam or due to colonization had to adapt to outside forces. No country on earth is one hundred percent Islamic just like no country on earth is one percent Christian, Judaic (that includes Israel), or any other religious system despite what people may be led to believe.

This is not going to go through every minute detail about Islam and Anarchism and how they are perfect for one another, lots of other websites do that but instead I will try to show the essence of Islamic Anarchism by showing what they all have in common. Just like Islam and Anarchism are not monolithic ideas neither is Islamic Anarchy, some are pacifists, some are more mystical, some have social ideas, while others lean towards primitivism. Having said that they all share some basic ideas that I believe make up the very essence, the very backbone of the this movement that is needed to make it a long lasting presence in the world both in the west and the east.

Theocratic
Akin to Christian Anarchists Islamic Anarchists are in one way or another based on theocratic principles. There is no god but Allah, and Submission to Allah means that the individual person has every right to question, not to adhere to, any authority that is not God. All other forms of authority are viewed with suspicion and in many cases as usurper's of Gods role. This is not saying that all forms of authority are demonic but it insists that all authority that is not God must prove that they are legitimate and necessary in order to have the cooperation of the people, if this legitimacy cannot be provided then they should be ousted. The second a Tyrant takes the helm the tyrant should be overthrown.

 Anti-Clerical
Many Islamic Anarchists insist on the ability that humans do not need an intermediary between themselves and the divine. This is actually an Islamic principle that each individual has the ability to use their own reasoning to decide not only how they should live but also what the scripture says. This does not mean that all Clerics are evil but it does mean they can give an opinion but that's all they can do. The authority that clerics hold will be done away with because too many people believe what clerics say over the Qur'an, many clerics like Priests and other religious leaders never teach the whole truth about Islam or the Qur'an but certain truths in order to maintain power over the minds of the populace. In the Islamic Anarchist community you have the ability to use your own mind without someone telling you how it should be.

Critical of Anarchism itself
One of the refreshing aspects of Islamic Anarchists is not only do they critique Governments, Religious institutions and other forms of authority but they also critique the Anarchist Movement itself from the classical period to the current. This process I believe will always allow Anarchism to grow into new directions that many would not think of if they are stuck in the mold of a certain thought. Along with this is self-evaluation both as individuals and as a whole. Islamic Anarchist are the first to point out the flaws of there own movement but also work on how to correct these flaws. If you do a google search this is evident in the writings of each Muslim Anarchist that not only builds on what came before but also critiques and moves in a direction that may or may not have been intended but would be better for the community as a whole.

Communal
Just like Islam is a communal based religion Islamic Anarchism is a Communal based society. No one is better than the next person, everyone is on the level.

Voluntary
No one is or should be forced to do anything so all aspects of society should be done in a voluntary manner. This is how it was when Muhammad (pbu) was alive and in many ways the Medina Constitution reflects certain ideas that are common in the Islamic Anarchist Movement. Voluntarism is a basis of the Movement because the Prophet did not force people to accept his way of life neither will the Islamic Anarchist Movement.

Pluralism
The Movement accepts others as they are and other movements as they are and are not out to change what others think nor convert to their religion. They accept that they will coexist with Atheist, Christians, Jews, Hindus, and even Capitalists (as well as Communist).

Property is Theft
Since Allah is the Owner and Creator of the world Property cannot be owned. It can be used, it can be shared, but it cannot be possessed and passed down from individual to individual. This illusion that you can own Property is seen as one of the biggest flaws not only in society but in human development as a whole. It is true that the early Muslim community operated under the idea of property it was also understood that people can be nothing more than care takers of the property but God is ultimate ruler.
This aspect ties into the Communal nature where most if not all things are shared for the benefit of everyone in the community. This does not mean that boundaries will not exist certainly if an Anarchist state is formed it will need a boundary, but those within the state will live out the Communal aspect.

Self Defense
You and the community has a right to defend itself from outside and inside power hungry usurpers. Offensive attack is not accepted in this Movement.

Judicial System
Unclear to exactly what this entails it is agreed that some sort of Judicial system may be needed in order to safe guard the individuals within the community and from the community becoming an authoritative state.

Moneyless
Most Islamic Anarchists uphold a Moneyless state, stating all the usual rhetoric of other moneyless socials do.

Neither Sunni nor Shiite nor Sufi
Though many Anarchists come from a certain background be it Sunni, Shiite, or Sufi the aim of Islamic Anarchists is to get rid of all divisions seeing them as decisive and keeping the Community in achieving real and lasting unity. How one wants to pray is an individualistic choice and people should not fight over past historical issues but make peace with them. Ultimately Islamic Anarchists would like to see a time when those who embrace Islam are simply Muslims and that all divisions are done away with as it was in the time of Muhammad (pbu). In this case many can say that Islamic Anarchists are the true upholders of the original intent of Islam itself.

Many have compared Islamic Anarchism to Islam Hadhari, a progressive movement that was started in 1957 that was founded by Tunku Abdul Rahman. Though many aspects of both movement parallel one another and often times converge the one critique of Islam Hadhari by Islamic Anarchists is that Islam Hadhari stil operates under the need for a centralized government were as Islamic Anarchists do not think a centralized government is needed.

As I have said before this is not a case by case but an overview of the essence of the Islamic Anarchist movement.
